We may be a “virtual” krewe, but our main mode of expression is IRL art installation. We use a mix of outdated and cutting edge technology to produce ranging from small pieces to massive themed events. Here is a selection of some of our favorites!

Piazza d’Italia

An immersive, multimedia projection-mapping experience that reactivated and revitalized the Piazza d’Italia during Luna Fete 2018 and Mardi Gras 2019.

The World’s Unfair

Our fete of the 1984 World’s Fair at the Music Box Village featured projections, a “monorail” fashioned out of a kiddie train, and our largest CRT television wall ever - 42 televisions and over 12’ high!. We also permanently installed a gondola car from the 1984 Fair at the Music Box.

Jazz Cup x 3 - Our Jazz Fest-adjacent tribute to the iconic Solo “Jazz Cup” design ran for three years, from 2017 through 2019. It featured Augmented Reality animations, chroma screen selfie stations, projection mapping, and a diverse lineup of avant-garde musical acts.

New Orleans Film Festival - In 2017 and 2018 we built and hosted the Music Video Lounge, which featured a bespoke CRT television wall and elements of projection mapping. The lounge hosted unique screenings from touring internet video artists The Eyeslicer and HitRecord.

LCD Video Trailer - We converted a decommissioned boat trailer into a 48-screen, raspberry pi-powered DIY “video trailer” that rivals the the French Quarter’s omnipresent LCD advertising truck. Look for it at our events and around the city!
